SEAT BELTS HELP SAVE MORE LIVES THAN THEY CAN ENDANGER
People aren't wearing enough seat belts and thus for they are endangering their own lives and others. Our team supports seat belts in every way and believe they can save more lives if people would just remember or choose to wear them, it should be the first thing they do when they enter the vehicle. We want to encourage more people to wear seat belts by explaining in graphic detail what could happen if they forget their seat belt.
This graph shows the percentage of seat belt use for the years 1983 - 2009. The percentage has increased dramatically throughout the years and hope to keep increasing the numbers. The problem is the numbers could drop any year and we need to prevent this lose of drivers throughout the US. Our main target audience is all drivers between the ages of 16 - 60. All drivers need to be aware that their life is in more danger operating a vehicle with out a set belt than with. There is an issue that drivers aren't being cautious while they’re driving and they need to put on their seat belts. During this campaign were going to influence teens to wear their seat belts they can be safe during anytime. Seat belts have saved the life’s of an estimated 255,000 lives since 1975. About 1 in 7 people don’t know how to buckle up. This process will take us a couple weeks, but it might take the US and the rest of the world years and years.
